My project ‘Canine Connection’ explores my relationship with my mum through our dog walks, which is something that I feel means a lot in our relationship. This is mostly because, due to my mum’s disability which limits her walking, we have never really been a family who walks together and so this project explores how getting our dogs has changed this. My aim of this project is to use photographs to depict the thoughts, feelings and conversations that my mum and I had on our walks that were provoked by our surroundings.
